How do I get credit for my credit card that I just gave you for a live chat, was placed on hold for the next Expert. Lost connection and now cannot get in with out paying again. HELP!!!!!!

It sounds like your credit card bill, perhaps you paid "virtually", that is, not in person, and gave the credit card number and made authorization over the phone or using the internet, but without handing over your credit card in person.
Check with your bank or credit card company.
FIXYA did not bill you. It is a free service given by unpaid volunteers who live all over the world, using the internet.
In your payment settings a valid credit card must be in place for your subscription to be charged to on a recurring basis; this was likely just an oversight with the gift card. Click on the help settings and go to chat and someone will clear this up and credit your account.

If I was you I would refuse payment and have that removed from your card. Demand a refund and refuse to pay. You ain't been helped you ain't got no reason to pay. Hell they do not pay the techs either.
