Having problem with a audiovox pc5750 aircard. when we try to connect through vzaccess manager through verizon wireless national access broadband access service af first I was getting an error message that said username and password are invalid now I am getting a remote computer is not responding or something like that error message when I attempt to connect. We have already created with verizonwireless tech support a manual connection using correct username and password for carrier dialing #777 we have verified that the modem drivers are functioning correctly in device manager. One of the techs suggested that I disable the fax and data modem for my computer something that I did reluctantly, could this be a part of the problem? what else could be causing the error message remote host computer not responding?
