It is leaking water correct? Check your hose for clogs or a crack, follow it up and find where it is exactly coming from. If you need a part replaced, let me know and I can find you a replacement. If you have questions about accessing parts, let me know but the outer panel should be held together with simple screws.

Not sure how to set up drainage system with air conditioning unit. Premiere DPAC 12010H After running for a few minutes it leaked water onto floor.

I find it rather amazing, that the Owner's Manual for your Model Danby unit, shows the drain hose in the parts list, but makes no reference as to how to hook it up. Since, they also make this model for Sears, under the Kenmore name.I checked the Owners Manual for it. Same thing, no mention of how to connect it. So, that leaves you just one alternative, contact Danby Customer Support 1-800-263-2629, for the answer.

In case you have misplaced your Owner's Manual, here is a link to it that your can download & print for future reference. http://www.danby.ca/cms/uploads/products/en_manual/DPAC12010H-EFOM.pdf

Hope this helps you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

We have 2 Danby air conditioners. One is a Danby Designer, Model DPAC 10060 and the other is a Danby Silhouette Model DPAC 12006. The venting hoses have broken to pieces and we need to buy new ones that...

You can purchase similar hoses at most home improvement center. Take a section of the old hose with you to get the right diameter and use the existing fittings to attach them to the unint and the window exhaust. What you may find is a better quality hose/duct, than what came with the unit. You may have to buy more than you need in length, but then you'll have some left over, if you ever have to replace it again.

Hope this helped. Good luck.

My Danby Premiere DPAC 13009 is leaking water through the bottom. I have attached the continuous drainage hose, and no water is going through it. I tried to manually drain the tank using the drain at the...

Water is collected from cooling mode, not just dehumidifier mode. It does not always evaporate into the exhaust stream due to design limitations.

Of course the water should never leak even on the hottest day. Two suggestions:

Try removing the hose and attaching the external tank to see if it has any effect. Otherwise, you'll need to locate the exact source of the leak.

My danby air conditioner/dehumidifier model dpac 8399-4 leaks water all over the floor and never fills the holding tanks what can I do to fix this problem?

Probably needs cleaning. I assume it is on a level surface. Water drips from the evaporator coil into a collection tray of some type and then drains into the holding tank, this tray is either broken or the outlet is plugged.
Good Luck,
Gilsh
