There are no cheats in the Xbox itself.
You can find games that make use of cheat codes by researching them in GameFAQs and going in the Cheats section.

This completely differentiates upon the game. Every game with cheats will have a different way to access the cheat keyboard and I would suggest either specifying which game you're talking about on here or look up on forum or wiki sites for that game on how to open up the chest keyboard.
Due to this being asked for Xbox though, I should say, see if the game you are looking up cheats for actually has cheats available on the Xbox console, because not all games provide cheats for every console.
At the link above you can find a bunch of hints and tips, but as I could see, there was no cheats for Skyrim, not on Xbox, because to enter the cheats on PC you use a console, which probably is why they didn't make cheats for the Xbox/PS3 version.
That is what search engines are for. I just went to google and did a search on "xbox 360 cheats". Returned several web pages dedicated to providing game console cheats.
