Question about Rockford Fosgate RFP3410 Car Subwoofer
I bought 2 rockford fosgate p2 series with an audiobahn amp. my boyfriend hooked up the system in my 2008 hyundai tiburon. they bridged them and they were going very well. they have been in there for about a month and a half. recently, they have been making a steady bass hum, even when the radio is off. when i turn my lights on and off, i can hear it clicking in the subs. also, when the positive is touched on the back of the box it makes a very loud beat sound like bass. when i turn the radio up, i still have bass and the sound can't be heard. What could this be from? I was thinking maybe the RCA cables are cheap because I got them from wal-mart.
I would get a good pair of RCA's that might help. if not they also make a noise filter that you can add to your RCA's, bad ground could be the problem to.
