Most appliances come with manuals that give you company contact information. My guess is the iron is out of warranty. As irons have high voltage components, do it yourself is not advised. Staying alive is better than fixing an iron. That said, the above link even tells you how to take it apart. I have a hunch that good parts would have to come from another broken Chi iron. And where would you get that! Maybe someone on the above link can be contacted. Alas, you simply wanted a reliable business that might check this out. I doubt you want to pay a technician for his time in taking this apart. I wish you well.
i have a i stage mp345 digital mp345 player it worked for about 2 weeks now it wont even turn on.. it was a xmas gift and the person dont have the reciept ..how can i get this fixed
Hey jo-dee, The paper that came with it when it shipped to you is most likely a BestBuy.com invoice. You can bring the camera to a Best Buy™ store and they can return the purchase, but the funds will go back to whatever form of payment was used to purchase it. Since you said this was a gift I am assuming the funds will go back to the purchasers Credit Card. I would talk to the person who gave it to you and they should be able to exchange the camera for you as long as you are within the return/exchange period. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Allan Go Ahead. Use Us.
If you just got this sansa, call sansa and send it back to them. you still have a warranty. they may give you some problem if you don't have the reciept bu explain that it is a gift. From what you say, you did what you should have. you can always send it to my company so we cna see what the problem is.
Thanks,
Connie
