I lost you on the Chat/Live Session. For some reason, the window displayed disconnected.
In any case, pls go here. The click on the Drivers & Downloads tab; Click on the arrow down opposite the "Select OS"; Click on Windows XP; click on MP130MPD700a38U-01WIN2KXP_USZ.exeon next window click on "I Agree, Begin Download; on next small window, pls click on "Save File". Download will start and save to your Desktop. After download, double click on the file. It will start installing. Pls follow on screen instructions.
