Hi. Try lowering the video settings on that game, because usually for this game you should have at least a 256mb graphic card and 1GB of RAM or memory. Just make put it on the video settings on the lowest settings posible like 640X480 and also try turning off some video enhancement on that game, if you still having some lagging problem then consider upgrading your graphics card and memory. Hope This Helps
i have a same problem with you vhanex. my system is (Asus motherboard KBu-X, AMD sempron 1.6GHZ, 1GB of RAM, Nvidia FX5500 256MB). when i play flight simulator, it`s work perfectly. but, when i play Dota or other games like NFSU, it display a grabled screen. Anyone can help us.. thanks regard.
just remove the 256mb ram it is the main problem only insert equal memmory of rams in 2 slots, if u insert 1gb ram in one slot try to insert also 1gb ram in other slot, donot inser 2 unequal rams in one time
Well without knowing the card, i can tell you this. I have a 8800gt 512mb, 4gb's ram and a 3ghz c2d e6600 and i get an average 42fps using the in game benchmark. It depends really what resolution you want to play at. I play at 1440 x 900. You would need at least a nvidia 8600gts or Ati equivalant card to play the game. Also a core 2 duo is definately needed to play this game smoothly- better yet if you have a core 2 quad. If you are using a laptop then I could almost certainly guess that it wont work. If you have a pc using intel graphics then it wont work either.
The problem is most likely that you have a computer that isn't powerful enough to run the latest games. It's not only the video card that makes these games run. It's the amount of RAM and processor speed, along with a good video card. That is what makes games run.
Basic gaming specifications At least a dual-core processor Definitely over 1GB of RAM A graphics card with 256MB of VRAM
Those specifications are the minimum required for the latest games to run.
Ok, let's explain this. RAM does not necessarily make your pc faster. Your pc can be faster if you upgrade your CPU or graphic card(only graphic application will make you notice the increased speed in graphics). RAM can be a bottleneck for application that need a lot of memory like photoshop when working on multiple very high resolution images or 3D cad when working on large assemblies, or VMWare. Vista manages the RAM in such a way that you might notice a slight performance increase and less disk usage during standard desktop activities, but XP doesn't. if you don't use very many applcations at a time and/or you don't use memory consuming applications, the added RAM is not used at all and your computer won't be any faster than it used to be. Video memory is basically the same. you will notice a difference in performance from a large video memory(512MB-1GB-2GB) only if you game at high resolution like 1080p or higher, usually supported only by large monitors like 20" or larger.
