Question about Compaq Presario 6030CA PC Desktop
Speakers came with set up - cannot get to work - only can use ear buds to hear the music - how can I get the speakers to work
Things to check:
- Do they have an adapter (wall wart) that is plugged in to an AC outlet and one of the speakers?
- Do you have the 'Line' connector on the system (rear of unit) connected to one of the speakers?
- Are the speakers connected to each other? (One has the amplifier, the other is just a slave)
- Is your audio chip or card shown on the device driver?
(Go to start/control panel/system/hardware/device manager - look for Sound)
Make sure it isn't on Mute.
