The Brinkmann model you asked about, in my opinion is an OK grill for the price, I'm not a big fan of porcelain coated cast iron cooking grates, as the porcelain will wear off after one season of regular use. Plus, cleaning them causes them to wear faster than just plain cast iron grates or the more pricey stainless steel grates. Which is my personal preference. On average, I'd say it's in line with a Char-Broil grill with the same features.
I was just in one of the major homer improvement stores this afternoon and out of curiosity, I looked at all the grills that were on display. Keep in mind, I have been in the hearth, home and grill business for over 14 years and the one that impressed me the most, with features, construction, the burners and cooking surface was the Stainless Steel, Weber Genesis S-300. Yes, it's a bit more in price, but you get what you pay for.
Hope this helped you make a decision. Happy Grilling!!
