Hi, I print from a PosterJet rip. I have two IPF 8000's the one just prints without hesitating. The other one is a little more anxious, it does get the job from the posterjet, but after blinking a bit and maybe driving the printhead from side to side a couple of times, if just stops still displaying that it is printing. The printer totally stops, and when i try to delete the job in posterjet it freeze totally. I can't figure out what made the printer stop, as it worked a couple of days ago.
Hope for you assistance as we have 100 pictures to deliver i a couple of days!!

I have printer Canon ipf 605 , on display is displayed print head error, I have put new print head, and the problem is the same, I tryed several print heads , most of them new , and it dont want to start....again and again printhead error is displayed...
there is no enough ink in the head managment sensor.
Go to menu, test print, nozzle check, check the grids 12 pair of grids.
Check if there are any brocken grids.
After that you have to perform head cleaning B twice or more.
If the problem still remains then replace print head.
also perform firmware update to the latest version though the official canon site
this means that you have no ink flowing from the nozzles.
1.st if possible print a nozzle check from test print menu an see the result.
the other issue i can imagine is that you replace the print head without perform firmware update.
It is very important before replacing the print head to perform firmware upgrade (cd incl. inside the head box)
Also try a head cleaning B twice or more
Hi we have a big problem with our Canon IPF 8100 printer. We use it since 1, 1 and 1/2 years. We print 2500 A1 pages every week.
Today the following error appeared:
Call for service
We read another post about IPF 5000 and it was written, that it is a page count error.
We entered Service Mode but we don't know what and how to reset.
P.S. the problem is that it's Sunday in our country and none of the service companies work. We have a lot of copies to print.
it's a multiple problem....there is no enough ink for the head managment sensor to understand the good function of the print head.
Print a nozzle check to see what is going on
Then come back for more information
when i load a material in printer, it shows me this error E0200B (size undetected) i loaded another photo papers and photo rolls but it steel show me the same error.
what should i do to solve this problem ?
