Kindly try the following as a fix for your problem:
Attach it to a memory card reader linked to your PC, then search the root files and look for a file called mmc. when you find the file it will have a symbols and lines, you need to find any sequence of letters or numbers. Copy those and paste them unto your phone as a password.
2.Insert your IM (insert *#06# and get your IM from cell phone)
3.Check "I'm legal owner of the phone with that IME!"
4.Click on "Generate" button
5.Get the security master code for your phone and unlock it
If you know the old password, simply go to settings and change password there. Or else, Try typing #pwd# and then "send. It will reset your password to the the
last 4 digits of your phone number. Then you can reset your password
back to what ever one you can remember.

If you open the back to the Computer where the Battery is and REMOVE AND PLACE BACK in to the computer, that should do it, now this is the small Battery and not the Battery you charge for the Use of the Lap-Top let me know, and what OS are you operating with.

Normally a "button" type of battery. These batteries normally last from 3 to 5 years. If you find one, replace it
