(black ops)i am singed in on xbox live and everything and when i try to play zombies on xbox live this message appears "the current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live"

It sounds like you are either banned from xbox or your account may have been rest to silver again. I would contact microsoft you check you profile settings
Firstly, only Xbox Live Gold members can play games online. Assuming the profile you're using is a Love Gold member, bear in mind that changes to parental settings take take awhile to take effect. Try back periodically. If you still cannot play BO online by this tome tomorrow, you should contact Microsoft customer support.
It sounds like your internet provider/router isn't giving you a whole lot of bandwidth to work with. That simply means your internet isn't giving you enough space to actually play call of duty. Your zombie game is probably playing alright because only four people need to connect to each other. That doesn't require a lot of space and memory of internet to do. However multiplayer demands a lot more bandwidth from your router. That might be why you aren't connecting. This could be for a number of reasons.
Other people in your household are using the internet too, be it laptops, smart phones, printers, other gaming counsels, etc. Simply turn off these devices to receive more bandwidth for your xbox.
Your router is a little too older for video games. If you are using a wireless router for your xbox, try plugging it directly to the wall or router.
as far as i know you cannot play co op on black ops unless it is for the zombies mode. but you still have to be connected to xbox live. as far as i know. if there is a way i am unsure of it yet. hope that helps.
to play online you must pay for an xbox live gold subscription. you can do it on your xbox where it says upgrade profile, online at the xbox website under the my xbox tab, then accounts, then under membership options choose upgrade/manage account or you can buy a gold subscription card at any games store. the smallest you can get is 1 month for just over ten dollars, or 12 month which is usually about 80 dollars. note that you need a valid credit or debit card to purchase online. hope this helps
this is the setting problem and u try to change the profiles setting by using the connectivity settings ...if u still hav som problem u can try this iste to solve it...
