What I want is my printer to work the way it did before I had to change my operating system. It is a HP Photosmart 321-xi All-in-One printer, scanner, copier My new computer is an HP so the printer is working. But the disk that came with the printer does not work with Vista. I went to HP's website and asked how to obtain an upgrade, clicked on the link and was left with a google search...so I thought I would give you guys a try....but so far it is not working either.

Have you tried going to hp.com, put in photosmart 2570, which comes up as 2575. Try that driver. Most of the time, there is not a great difference in the drivers. Use the basic driver. If your printer has a v or xi next to the 2570, the use that basic driver. Make sure you select the operating system on your computer. Go to "My computer, right click, select properties, the operating system will be there on the general tab.
