I want activation code and request code for autocad 2006

Hello, My client bought an original lifetime Autocad 2009 version for two users which is running on Windows Xp pro, one of them won't start and the other one has an old 500Gb sata harddrive which is slow and with errors so we made a complete backup and restore it to a SSD 500Gb, when we start Autocad it ask for an activation code, so we called the Autodesk seller in Belgium but he can't help us!!! We also filled-in the "ask for help" form on the Autodesk.com site and mailed it to Autodesk but no answer or support!!! What more can we do to activate this legal version? Please Help.
