1. Press the "Start/Stop" button.
2. Hold the button for three seconds and release.

Sounds like the inlet water valve is not seated properly and is letting water in when it shouldn't .

most washing machines have a section in the pipe before the pump where the hose comes out a few inches above the bottom and this is like a trap where objects fall and are retained
as most machines are difficult to get to the hose or pump , having a filter there is a bit impracticable as you would be cleaning it every other wash
if your machnie doesn't have an end trap arrangement you could improvise such a unit using a "T" section of plastic pipe with the hose on one end , a cap on the other and the hose to the pump from the middle

If F3 is flashing, then you are having a problem with drainage.
Check that there is no object stuck in the drain hose outlet. Check that the pump is not blocked by foreign objects and clean the pump. Check that there are no kinks in the drain hose.
After making these corrections, run the drain program or press the key button (door open) to empty the machine.

Drainage error
If F3 is flashing on the display, there is a
drainage problem. Check:
• that no objects are stuck in the drainage
hose outlet.
• that the drain pump is not blocked by foreign
objects. Clean the pump (see the
"Care and cleaning" chapter).
• that there are no kinks in the drainage
hose.
After taking the necessary action, run the
Drain program or press the Door Opening
button (key symbol) to empty the machine. If
