Question about RIM BlackBerry 7290
I bought a used blackberry from another person and when i try to hook it up to my computer to reinstall the OS it asks me for a password, it says something about an IT policy. I asked the person and she said that she didn't put any password just the one for the keypad. What can I do to resolve this?
You can try to restore your Blackberry to factory settings by using a Java loader found here:
