Question about Printers & Copiers
I have the above machine which suffered a power surge, the power light is on but there is no response from any of the controls. is there an internal fuse that has blown?? any help would be gratefully received
First thing to try is unplugging power cord for five minutes, to see if it clears.
When it is the fuse the unit does not start at all (no light), try the unplugging, open all doors and close them back, after power surge some of the sensor can be stuck on error message.
If it does not clear the error you need to call a technician. He will connect a computer with code reader to the copier to diagnose the problem, in case of internal error.
