Hi! I think I may have your anwser. Make sure your moniter resolution is set to 800 by 600 in you display setting on your windows PC. If your running windows XP, right click on your desk top and click "properties" and go to the tab settings. I HOPE that helped :)

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Polarview 211e

Go to:

System Preferences (you can get there by clicking on the Apple Menu in the top left corner) -> Displays -> Detect displays

After you click "Detect Displays" your G3 should automatically send the display image to your projector.

We can't seem to get the picture from the laptop to the projector

For Windows 7 and Vista- Close or minimise all windows, right click on the desktop and select "Screen Resolution". Press the "Detect" button and if another display comes up, on the dropdown menu labelled "Multiple displays" select either:
"Duplicate these Displays" to show the same image on both screens

or

"Extend these displays" to have 2 separate displays (the position of the second display can be changed by dragging the box labelled "2"

For Windows XP - Close or minimise all windows, right click on the desktop and select "Properties" and then the "settings" tab. Click on the greyed out box labelled "2" and Tick the box labelled "Extend my desktop onto this display". click apply.

First time using infocus 1x projector with this laptop - installed drivers but there is no start up screen on the projector and will not display laptop image.

You have to tell the computer you hooked up an additional external monitor. Lower left on the keyboard you will see a "FN" key. Across the top, your F keys...look for an icon that looks like a monitor. Usually F5, F7 or F8. Hold down the FN key and select the F5 etc key which is the command to display the image through the external port. Doing this once displays image through the projector and laptop. Twice displays image to projector only and three times returns to display only on laptop again.

HC 1500 skewed image issue

Hi there

I've worked on a few Mitsubishi's in my lifetime and one of their most common problems is the DMD Board that goes faulty and this makes the image go all pear shaped.

If you've only had the unit for 3 months now it should still be under warranty and the warranty covers these kind of repairs.

Hope this helps you !
