Hi there, have you tried deleting all entries before tranferring new numbers? Also, how old is the simcard? You will need a 64k sim in order to hold 250 numbers. Hope this helps. Ta

What's your Blackberry phone model? You can get the Mep code for your Blackberry phone from your Network service provider or any third party online vendors like TheUnlockArena.com here you need to specify your country, current network name.IMEI number of your phone. Then they deliver Mep code to you through mail with unlocking instructions.By using this you can unlock your phone easily.

How do i enter puk on an lg cookie

Hi the PUK code is the security code for the sim card and not any code to do with the phone, all you need to do to get the PUK code is call your service provider.
your service provider wont charge for giving you the code as the code belongs to you, all you need to tell them is your phone number or if you dont know that then the number printed on the sim card, they will then provide you with the 10digit PUK code for free over the phone.
this will then allow you to access the sim card.

you do have another option open to you though, if you dont need that sim card then you can go out and get another sim card and when you get given a new sim card you will get given the unique PUK code it will be written on the card the sim card is attatched to.

let me know if you need further assistance ok.

plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks

I need free a unlock code for my blackberry 8900 phone

the second way is to do it yourself and call T-Mobile and ask for it. I just got off the phone with T-Mobile support who verified that so long as you are outside the 14 day remorse (return) period that you can request the “MEP” code which will allow you to unlock your BlackBerry so any GSM SIM card can be used. More instructions at RIMarkable below.
  1. Call your carrier.
  2. Ask for the MEP code.
  3. Give them your IMEI number.
  4. To get your IMEI number, type this on your phone, *#06#, and it should pop up.
  5. Once you get your MEP code, turn off your wireless radio on your phone.
  6. Go to SETTING or OPTIONS.
  7. Then go to ADVANCE OPTIONS.
  8. Then go to SIM CARD
  9. Type “MEPD” on your phone.
  10. You should see “Network as Active”
  11. Hold SHIFT + type “MEPE” or “MEP2′
  12. You should see “Network as Disabled”
  13. You are now the proud owner of an unlocked Blackberry

I have the nokia 5800 xpressmusic which i have just got. in the top right hand corner there is a envelope flashing, when you click on it its says simcard memory full, i have all ready cleared the numbers...

If you've just put your SIM card in your Nokia 5800, you may have noticed a flashing envelope icon at the top of the screen.
This icon indicates that the SIM card's own text message storage is full. This doesn't actually cause problems on the 5800 because it stores its messages in the phone's own memory, but the envelope can look a bit annoying.
To get rid of the flashing envelope:

1. On the standby screen press the white menu button.

2. Select "Messaging"

3. Select "Options"

4. Select "SIM Messages"

5. Delete some or all of the messages from the SIM messages folder using the Options menu.

This should make the flashing envelope go away. You only have to do this once because when the SIM card is emptied it won't fill any more, as the 5800 does not store messages on SIM cards.

Sim card says pin block you see the pass word is 741961 or it is 1991 or 10741961 i just put the code in when i was rideing my bike

Normally a SIM card with active PIN security will be blocked if three incorrect attempts are made to enter the PIN number. Never fear, though! Every SIM card comes with a PIN-unblocking key (PUK) which resets the PIN number and allows you to create a new PIN number. If you have lost this PUK, still never fear as many networks have dial-in facilities that guide you through the process of getting a PUK. In that case, please call your local help line and follow the prompts, or speak to a network consultant. Good luck.
