Question about Wacom Intuos3 Graphic Tablet
I think I have figured it out, I believe it is caused by interference from the computer (probably the hdd). try moving the tablet further away from your tower or laptop.. Mine has to be about 12 inches away to be steady.. I use a Lenovo T61p...

Both pen tip and pen tail(eraser) has a sensor which the tablet can detect. By default there should be only one sensor on the tablet(only one cursor on screen)
so better put the pen some distance away from the tablet (Intuos 3 series even provide a extra pen stand)
