Hi, in order to have a functioning audio device, you need to install the drivers that will allow your OS to identify your internal audio chipset. You can find them on your motherboard's official site, be sure to identify your motherboard exact model and your OS versions. Once you have download and installed them, you will be able to hear whatever you want from your audio output. Hope it helped, franz
Hi., If it is a problem with the audio driver., it can be resolved by reinstalling the audio driver... If you have the Driver Disc that came with the computer when you purchased it., use it to install the audio driver or, you can even check in the internet for the driver for your audio device. Hope this helps... Cheers!!! Have a nice day!!!
There is a small battery on the motherboard. Disconnecting it and shortening it's connector for couple of seconds to discharge the capacitors should do the job. Only not sure is it accessible trough some cover on the bottom or you have to take apart the laptop.
I suggest you to download your systems drivers first from accer's website and then format your laptop.Your hidden file are not opening.i think there is a possibility of virus infection.Copy all your downloaded drivers on your HDD partition if you have any.(eg. d:\,e:\) or you can copy it on USB pen drive.and you can use this drivers after formatting your system.
