You gave model number 590.752310.But i think exact model number is 580.752310.---------
To replace the pump manifold.It
is held in place by 2 o-rings. The check valve should pull out of the manifold by hand. These pressure relief valves usually are just a ball and spring type valve the will corrode the ball and/or the pump housing or the seating surface causing pitting, there for rendering it inoperable. On a very few of these pumps, there are a couple of "PLASTIC" valves that will break... causing the pump to fail.-------The valve would be under a hex nut on the pump head and if debris is in them pressure will fail. They are a spring seated assembly. they come out after the cap is off with a pair of needle nose pliers.------ Click this link directly for complete break down of your pressure washer. http://www.ppe-pressure-washer-parts.com/sears-craftsman-pressure-washer-580752310-parts ------------ The exact part number of pump assembly is 193568gs. ------------------ For manual of your pressure washer. Please click the link below http://www.managemylife.com/mmh/lis_pdf/OWNM/L0409655.pdf ----------------- This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.

What kind of oil does a husky 3000psi pressure washer use?

I don't believe that Husky (Home Depot) makes any 3000psi pressure washer that operates with a 2 Cycle motor. So.... gas only in the gas tank. Husky pumps can be from several differant manufacturers... some use no oil, some are sealed and don't recommend any attempt at oil changes, and some use Non-detergent 30w oil and some use 20-50 Full Synthetic oil. You can look up your specific model specifcations with a google search for Husky pressure washer.

Pressure washer won't pump

You didn't indicate what make or model pressure washer you have but if you didn't drain the water out of the unit and run conditioner through it before storing it, it's highly likely some of the check valves (there are six in most pressure washers) are frozen shut. If water was left in the pump and it got cold enough to get a hard freeze, it's possible the seals were damaged or even the case may have cracked. The only way to know what's damaged is to take the pump apart and go through it.

My preassure washer aint but year old hasnt been used but 3 times and its getting a good water supply but want spray no preassure it has a annovi reverbi model srmw 2.2g26 on it what do i do to fix pr

Sometimes, this is simply the intake, where the hose hooks up, being stopped up. Bugs like to crawl into hoses and build nests. However:

Usually when a pressure washer presents with this complaint, it has taken some damage in some way. The most common thing is; it sat in a garage and was not properly protected from freeze. PWs can still have water in the valve housings and unloader. This water can freeze. The expansion of the ice can damage things in the pump, namely the valves/valve housings and vital parts of the unloader. The other common cause of damage is; someone allowed it to run, without pulling trigger, for a long time. The water, going round and round in a by-pass loop gets real hot and can damage various things inside the pump. Pressure seals, unloader seats, valves and pistons can all be damaged when this happens. If you are mechanically inclined, you can use the parts break-down to identify the valves and their locations and start there. It will be obvious if they are damaged. Also, take the unloader apart and try to determine if it is damaged, and if so, are the damaged pieces the replaceable seals etc? Do your best to eyeball the manifold-head moldings, usually made of brass, and be sure ice-expansion has not distorted any part of this. If this part is damaged, it is cheaper to just buy a new pump than to replace the "manifold head". Usually, you can order parts from the owner's catalogue. Or, if you purchased it from a store with a service center that would be a good resource. In your yellow pages, you can find pressure washer dealers. These guys commonly are set up to deal with commercial pressure washers and don't usually deal much with home-owner units -- because the homeowner usually can pretty near buy a new pressure washer for about what they have to charge to repair one. But if you're going to buy a new pump and put it on yourself, you may get a better price through one of these. Good luck!

Water will not shoot out....took the hose off and it still doesn't work

If this model has a quick disconnect coupling for the pressure hose opposite of the sprayer wand at the pump, remove with a wrench. Hook up the water hose, turn on he water , but don't start the engine. If it has a clog this will flush out the clog. Replace the coupler and hose, turn on the water first before starting the engine. If the pump builds pressure it will make the motor bog down slightly. If there's no change in the sound of the engine with water turned on, the pump will be damaged. If the motor bogs off and on and water sprays on and off, means there is an air leak in the pump. If the pump does not work at all with the water turned on, the pump will be burned up. Please don't take this in offense; but I've seen many power washer pumps damaged because the water was not turned on before starting the engine. Try these few steps and let me know if you get any pressure at all, if so it's probably an air leak. Good luck!

Craftsman Pressure washer will not spray

your not missing anything, check the pump, they tend to go bad over time and may need replacing. The pump provides the pressure as well as the suction for the whole process, pulling water from the hose or tank and pushing it forcefully through the pressure washer line. If the motor is running and you have the water going through the line and to the pump, and no water is coming out, my guess would be the pump.
