I am wondering if using a browser other than IE causes the login script to fail at your login page. I am using Firefox 3.0. The error indicates wrong username and wrong password... both of them!
The username must be correct since the reply from Demolito came back correctly. The password is also correct since the email for a new password came back in a 2nd email. However, I still could not login.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Can't use my temporary password to change to a different password

Temporary passwords expire in 1 day. If it is not expired, make sure the temporary password is entered exactly as shown to you. If this does not work, then you have to get another temporary password to use.

I know an administrator tool for Windows password reset, Windows Password Breaker, which can easily reset forgotten Windows password to blank without reinstall. you can have a try.

Or 6 ways for Windows 7 password reset could also be helpful.

How to recover forgotten admin password for windows xp ?

Option 1: If the user you have is an administrator account, go to the control panel and select user accounts. When you are in user accounts, find the account you want to remove the password from and you will see the option there.

Option 2: If your user is NOT administrative, you can use ERD commander to reset it. You basically burn ERD onto a CD and it will boot when you restart. There is a program called Locksmith that will remove or change the password for you.

If you mean the log on password, you have to keep pressing F8 on boot up and get you into start windows with safe mode option (command prompt).

When in, click on the administrator account, then go to users, go to your normal account and either delete or change password, then restart pc
