Details of problem not enough,but try the following.1.locate the temperature dial( a nob with numbers indicating range of temperature and reset it to the maximum),then wait and see it there will be any change.

Please as long as the ref. is running, it should freeze very well. if this is not happening check the following.
1, The setting on the thermostat.
2, Check if you have enough gas in your system.
3. Check if your system is not leaking.
4. Check if your door seals are ok.
