Re: car radio replacement
Does the radio power up but give no sound? If this is the case, you need to make sure the factory amplifier is first turned on. the aftermarket radio should have a remote turn on lead for amps. The Dodge caravans sometimes have Infinity sound systems in them and there may be a green wire with a red stripe in the factory side of the radio plug. This should be amp trigger. 12volts to this wire should give sound. If at all unsure, please consult a local stereo shop.

First, did you use a wiring harness? If not, undo your install and replace the factory Harness in the vehicle. You can purchase a wiring harness for about $10 that you wire to your radio. This allows you to just "plug" the harness into the vehicles stock harness. If you have hardwired your radio you run the risk of frying your entire electrical system. Hope this helps.
hi may I clarify you are asking for a wiring instruction for your new car stereo or you are asking for mounting instruction?if so please give me the brand and model of your new radio and if you can post a picture of the car stereo back connection wiring .so I can help you in wiring connection of it. thank you...
it sounds like you need to turn on our amplifier. this is simple and easy to do just by connecting the blue/white wire off of the back of the radio to the blue wire on the harness that connects to the factory harness.
