It must not be heating. I believe they are made in China, but I had no luck finding a contact. You might check with the company that supplies you with other tattoo equipment. Just FYI There are some thermal tattoo copiers listed on ebay.

Actually this is basically a heat press much like transfering Tshirts or Mugs. May I ask if you have the correct type of transfer paper? Have you used this before? If not you may need to purchase the correct type of thermal paper.

When i say much like a Tshirt on Mug i mean not literally with a directly applied heat. Just same principle.

Sort of like a carbon paper type thing only the heating element is what transfers it instead of directly applied pressure.

This devices works by putting your sketch on top of the thermal paper then feeding it into the device wherby transferring the sketch onto the paper that you can now apply onto skin to have the outline that you need. So if you are not using the correct paper then its not gonna work.

Need help with a 928 thermal copier does anyone know where I can send it to be repaired?

In general if a machine is a few years old, repairs cost more than a new machine. It seems this model is no longer available.

Hi, i have a TLP 2844 printer Thermal, but i cant print labels. I have read the manual and follow the instructions. Every time i put labels on the printer, only send me blanks. Can you help me, please

Are you trying to print in thermal or thermal transfer mode? If thermal transfer mode, do you have the ribbon install correctly with the coated side facing towards the label? If using thermal mode, are you using thermal paper and are you trying to print on the coated side? Hold the feed button down and turn the printer on. Hold it down until the light stops flashing. At this point the printer will print a diagnostic dump. If nothing prints then either you have the media loaded wrong or something else is wrong with the printer.

When i try print the label..no output at the label..how to test whether the ink is function or not

I'm including this link to the users manual:

http://www.zebra.com/id/zebra/na/en/index/resource_library/manuals.results.html

But here is the basic troubleshooting info for that issue

No print on the label. The media may not be direct thermal media when printing without ribbon (i.e. thermal
transfer). See the test procedure

Determining Thermal Media Types on page 29.
• For thermal transfer printers, the media may not be outside wound or approved for use in
the G-Series printer. See the following ribbon test procedures: Ribbon Test with Adhesive
on page 32

and Ribbon Scratch Test on page 33.
• Is the media loaded correctly? Follow the instructions for

Loading Roll Media on page 11
in the Getting Started section. For printing using transfer ribbon, see

Loading Transfer Ribbon
on page 14.

Brady 300 mvp displays "Ribbon in" warning. Whats does this mean?

I've got the same issue. This means the brady machine is configured for direct thermal transfer (no labels in the machine). Press setup, use the - and + buttons to scroll to direct transfer. Again, press select and again use the plus or minus button to select thermal transfer (labels in the machine).
I must say that the setup menu is tricky. If a password is needed, that's another story. Not impossible, but you have to know how to use the label maker, which I don't . I'm unable to remove the flashing errror message.

Zebra S4M - Print quality problems - not keeping Thermal Transfer

If you are using a windows printer driver then perhaps you have "Direct Thermal" selected in the printer preferences. The driver setting will override anything you have set in the printer. So every time you send a new print job the settings get changed to what they are in the driver.
