Question about Compaq Evo D510 Minitower (Open Box) (OB4700432011) PC Desktop
I'm going insane - finding it impossible to get hold of the ethernet driver for a friend's compaq Evo (nasty PC...) so I can't upgrade his broadband (currently USB ADSL modem) to wireless. I've bought the WLAN router and can't get it to work. It's making me look bad! (friend doesn't understand about obselete drivers etc...!) I've tried your link (many times) but without success. Is there any way you can help? I'd be very grateful. yours, Allypoum (at hotmaildotcom)
Go to Hewlett Packard website on a working PC, download the ethernet driver for a D510c from the support & drivers site. This is the site for XP Pro, but other OS's exist.
Once downloaded, stick it on a USB Flash drive and load it into yoour D510c. Easy.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
