You can get an installation kit at an auto parts store that has a connector harness adapter that easily plugs into the vehicle wire harness. It will simplify the installation.
U will need to remove the grill which snaps on. remove the clips take unhook the head light.. Follow the wires and un connect it from there replace with new harness and do the reverse
If all that happened at once, highly suspect a broken wire harness that feeds your door panel. I think there are separate circuits for the locks and the windows and mirror. At the factory, I believe the doors are installed on the vehicle with the wire harnesses already in them, means they plug the door harness into a receiving socket in an under-dash harness. I'd wonder if the vehicle had been in an accident on that side. Be blessed.

This condition may be intermittent and upon investigation, the technician may find either DTC P0480, P0526, P1481 or P1484 set. Cause This condition may be caused by the cooling fan harness chaffing against the plastic guide it routes through. Thiscontact may damage the insulation of the wires enclosed in that harness.
Correction Replace the engine cooling fan harness using the procedure listed below. 1. Remove the cooling fan. Refer to the Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement procedure in the Engine Cooling sub-section of SI.
2. Place the cooling fan assembly on a bench. Disconnect the harness electrical connector from the cooling fan clutch.
3. Remove the harness from the plastic guide while feeding the wires out of the slot.
4. Before installing the new harness, wrap the affected area on the wires with electrical tape to keep the protective sleeve in place. Be sure to keep the tape approximately 25 mm (1 in) away from the connector so the wires can be fed into the slot.
5. Feed the wires into the slot and install the harness to the plastic guide.
6. Connect the harness electrical connector to the cooling fan clutch.
7. Install the cooling fan. Refer to the Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement procedure in the Engine Cooling sub-section of SI.

i had the same problem with a 2005 trailblazer. the problem was in the connection at the blower motor. the wiring harness was loose and not making a good connection. this harness is kind of hard to reach. it is located on the passenger side all the way to the right and up behind the dash. what i did was take the harness loose, and replace the end of it then plug it back in and have had no problems with it since.
Your question is not clear, 2002 trailblazer has a towing harness, in order to find each wire, use a ohmmeter and try out each application.
In case of male harness of a camper you can test it with 12 volts in each wire looking which light is on and if it is different position cut wires and make similar wiring
