Question about Phones
The best thing you can do is go back to where you bought the phone or goto your local cell providers store. There they will show you how to do every feature on your phone step by step and get everything working so your comfortable with it. This is free to you, its one of the things you pay so much for. There they can then help get your two problems working and if say it is the phone they can get you on your way with a warranty phone. Shouldn't be too much trouble for them.
