When I plug in my machine the water starts coming out and never stops. Something is nor closing or telling it to close. If I unplug it and plug it back in it will stop but then start again. please help.Dennis
This problem can be caused by either the solonoid or the flow control board. The easiest way to find out which one is causing it is to leave your brewer unplugged, unplug one wire off of the solonoid and plug your brewer back in. if it still does it, replace the solonoid valve. If it doesn't, replace yor control board. The solonoid should be under the front cover of your brewer, and is silver with 2 wires coming to it. The control board is located at the back of your brewer. Take careful note of where the wires are on that board, though, so you can put them back in the same place. I find the best way is to leave the wires on the old board, and replace them one by one to the new board, or if that is not possible, making a picture showing their placement is helpful.

Coffee maker will not stay hot, it goes to warm. It is the housing where the heat has diminished, not the warmer. It has been "Intermittently" happening. A touch of the housing will indicate it is not warm enough to brew coffee. The housing unit historically has been just less than "too hot to touch with the fingers. Historically refers to a period of 6 plus years.
