I HAVE A VISTA 'HP' PAVILION LAPTOP. I HAVE JUST PURCHASED YOUR 'PRINTMASTER' PLATINUM VERSION 18. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO LOAD IT ON MY COMPUTER. I HAVE MISPLACED THE DIRECTIONS THAT CAME WITH THE PROGRAM. SINCE IT WANT LOAD I AM LOST AS HOW TO PROCEED.

Right Click on the installer & install as "Administrator"

Sometimes you have to install some software as "Adminstrator" on VISTA/Win 7 OS.

Installing PrintMaster 18 on any computer requires .NET Framework 1.1 to be installed on the hard drive. If NET Framework 1.1 is not installed, it will be installed from thePrintMaster 18 install disk before PrintMaster 18 is installed. If possible download .NET framework 1.1 If .NET Framework 1.1 is not already installed on the computer, the "Program Compatibility Assistant" in Windows 7 will display this message.To continue with the installation, select "Run Program".

Broderbund PrintMaster Platinum 16 is not compatible with Vista.
Version 18 for, Vista, Version18.1 for, Vista. Win7.

Unfortunately, the 'New' PrintMaster 2011 will not import any older PrintMaster .sig files created prior to PrintMaster 2.0. This means that over 1,100 projects I have,going back to 2004 are now useless. Did they even consider this before coming out with the new version? Is this the way that Broderbund treats long time customers of their product? Apparently so...so I will no longer be using any of their products from now on. I don't see any excuse for their actions.

You might have a problem with your CD/DVD drive. Try inserting the CD in another computer. If the files are shown, replace your CD/DVD drive or just add another CD drive to an empty bay of your computer.

on your desktop go to run and look for your software then run it
