Try removing the brass bolt that holds the float bowl on the carburetor and cleaning ALL the tiny holes in it. Use no metal objects on it as it is also the main jet of the carburetor. Carb/Choke Cleaner aerosol spray works well here. Pay close attention to real small holes near the top in the unthreaded portion of the bolt. Remember, no scraping with metal and no metal wires thru it.
