How i can boot up win xp on bootable usb on acer travelmate 2413lc

According to the specification sheet, it has integrated wireless networking (802.11g). If you have any other questions about how to activate it or connect to the internet using it then just post a comment here and I'll get straight back to you.

the boot fails are corrupt. if you can access the Laptop HDD, remove it and connect it on another computer as aslave, first remove your important data then format it.
after put it back and do the xp installation. hope it will work.

ok after you start it up hold F8 and the boot menu should come up if you pick the dvd drive and it still goes to the acer screen you dont have a bootable copy of XP try making a bootable pen drive (google it it is pretty easy) and after you boot to the pen drive just switch to the dvd drive and install win xp

if the laptop has a floppy drive get a bootable win 98 disk. insert disk first then turn on comp. run w/o cr rom support. at command prompt type "fdisk MBR" hit enter remove disk and reboot. if still bad insert win XP disk and do the second repair not the first one let it run its course. if not well you will have to reimage the comp

have or can you get a win 95/98 disk...
these disks utilize the dos enviroment...
when you boot with them you can easily get in the dos platform (c://prompt)
once there type in fdisk and follow instructions.
you can also do this from usb ..you need to make usb bootable first.
you may be able to use xp disk and choose repair which will take you to the dos prompt.
you may be able to format hd with vista disk and before it start to install files interrupt it(remove disk)
not advisable though.
if you want program to create bootable usb let me know.

What has changed most recently? did they work before? May be disabled in bios, need more info.

Yepp M8:) you can boot up from an USB HDD, just make sure that its active in the bios.

Bring a bootable XPSP2 CD and boot ur laptop from CD and install .After installing OS you have to download driver from ACER site and install them...

Try to update your BIOS first, then call me in the morning.
