If what you have is a Home Cafe coffee maker and it stops after a few seconds, the unit needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, the unit can't be repaired. The product comes with a one year warranty that begins on the date of purchase. If you purchased or received the unit within the last twelve months, please call the number above for our warranty procedure.
