Trutech T2000-FT Remote Control

Cannot seem to find a replacement remote control. I looked at Target's web site and they no longer have this television model in stock. Any directions you can provide would be helpful

Same problem. I lost my remote and can't figure out where to get a replacement. There seems to be nothing available...

Same problem. Remote disappeared after 3 days & before the channel programming could be completed. A call to the company was NO HELP ("Duhh...just turn the set off for a day & it should go thru the re-programming motions....).

Throw it in the garbage, i had the same problem. My kid broke the remote and had it set to a dark screen... so you can't change the screen resolution without the remote. genius trutech designs once again. Target sucks. there is no replacement remote.

How can i put my trutech 15 in tv on aux with no remote? please help!!

Without its remote control, you can't select its inputs. If you wish to buy its original remote control, contact the authorized service centre, or authorized dealer to your device brand.
To select a proper universal remote control, you should know about the number of digits to its set-up codes. There are 3 digit, 4 digit, 5 digit, 2 digit and even single digit codes, to some brand devices. After confirming this, check the sites linked here. Both the sites have set-up code list and set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. Check which brand remote control has set-up code/s to your device brand, and buy that one according to availability? Brand name of the remote control isn't a matter, but it should have set-up codes in its code list, to the device you have.
Please note: Every new universal remote control will have set-up code list, and set-up procedure along with its user manual. Never accept a remote control, that hasn't both of this. If you see the site by "MOSAIC" or "Magazine" view, will make surf easier.

Universal remote controls are available at most of the electronic spare part selling shops.

0936,0911,0983,0952 are the codes to check. If you wish to get more details, check this site. Pull up previous posts there. Setup code list and setup proceedings to many popular brand remote controls are given. Three digit, four digit, five digits and two-digit code list are there. Check the site with patience. Surely you'll get a solution to your problem. Search the site by 'Timeslide' option. It will make search easy. Or, type in the brand name to your device into its search box, and press "Enter"

Needs remote which remote is best for this unit

Any of the universal remotes should work.  Check their sites on line first to see if they have codes for your TV.  I recommend a Logitech Harmony remote that is "activity based" and can control all your electronics with a single remote.

Remote control switch destroyed

If you get an universal remote, you won't have all functions to control the TV. Moreover, the codes for many audiovox model are often not reported on universal remote manuals , therefore you may need to use autodetect feature on universal remote.

The best choice is buying a replacement original remote like the ones below:

New Original TruTech PLV31199S1 Remote Control

$39.95 -

New Original Trutech PLV31199S1 Remote Control $39.95

Trutech t2000-d remote control codes

I have the same problem as well. I bought 3 different remotes and not one will work with the tv. Although all 3 gave Trutech codes (1116, 1504, and 1713).

Hello

If your TV is an LCD (flat/thin panel), then it's 19", not 20". Support for that TV is at http://www.1800customersupport.com/trutech. But, if you have a Trutech tube TV, then it won't be listed on that website, and they won't be able to help you. In that case, call Target Customer Service (1.800.440.0680), and they should be able to put you in touch with the manufacturer, who can sell you a new remote control.
