Re: WS375 Motorolla Mobil
You do not need software for USB file transfer.
If you are with Net10, the reason is doesn't work is because Net10 have switched off USB connectivity.
If you are not with Net10, connect your phone with the flip open, then go to My Computer and you should see MS Device listed alongside you C, D, E (etc) drives. Click it, and you're into your phone's tiny storage area.

The solution provided below will definately be of great help to you
1.Locate the mini-USB port on your phone. This is usually found on the left or right side of the phone, so look there before checking the top or bottom
2.Use a standard size mini-USB to connect the phone to the computer. Plug the end of the small cord into the phone's mini-USB port and then plug the big end into a standard-size USB porton your computer.
3.Install drivers which are locatrd on the pc suite of your phone Once your phone is connected physically, a software link must also be made. Your computer will not automatically recognize your phone, and a window will pop up asking if you want to install some drivers. Click the "yes" or "OK" button to continue.
4.A status window will pop up once your OS has found suitable drivers. Once the status window fills up, your computer will be ready to interact with your phone. The phone should now be charging. Check the phone screen to make sure.
5.Install any relevant software. Branded smartphones from Palm, BlackBerry and Motorolla all have specific software that comes bundled with the phones. Once the software is installed, you can launch it and interact further with your phone
Most probably the pack CD would be having the required driver. If not, just get one from motorola.com Once motorola driver is installed, you can properly use the phone with your PC. If nothing works, let me know
that's the link with driver for samsung SGH J700 works perfectly with my phone http://www.samsung.com/au/support/download/supportDown.do?group=mobilephone&type=mobilephone&subtype=megapixelphone&model_nm=SGH-J700&disp_nm=SAMSUNG%20J700&language=&cate_type=all&dType=D&mType=SW&vType=R&prd_ia_cd=01011800 kisses all :*
You do not have the relevent USB drivers installed for the phone. when installing the software from the disk do not have the phone plugged in. Also when you uninstall the software you will need to plug the phone in and uninstall the USB driver. then unplug the phone and restart you PC. When you next come to install, install the software first. When you come to plug the phone in remove the sim and do not turn the phone on. Hold the 2 and 5 buttons as you plug the phone in. The phone will then start the relevant driver install for the USB.
