The same thing happened to mine. My bluetooth earpiece was blinking as it usually did when it was on ... about every 10 sec. I tried shutting it off as I usually did by holding down the button for about 6 sec .. which brings up the red light. But instead of shutting off it showed the red light for about 1 second and then quickly flickered blue and returned to the blue light every 10 seconds again. Each time I try to shut it off, it goes through the same routine but stays on. What's up?

What I did with mine is let it run out of charge (blinking blue the whole time) and then recharge it and use it. Most of the time it still works and connects with the phone..... on a good day, if ya know what I mean.

If it doesn't charge anymore contact Plantronic and give them the code on the headset. There very good about exchanges.

Hey, I have managed to turn off blinking in My Plantronics 665 by
first: Turning off headset,
then pressing volume up and turning it on.
It will blink to show that it is on, , then blink one more time to show, that it is connecting to phone, and thats it, : no more blinks,
So You don't look like UFO :-)
Cheers from PL.!

I just figured out how to reset the 3XXPlatronics 330. The guest might of of made it a little confusing for some:
1) TURN OFF bluetooth head set by holding the volume control button for about a few seconds until it flashes blue.
2) Make sure your phone's bluetooth is on and on discover mode.
3) Turn on the blue tooth head set (NOTE: HOLD DOWN THE VOLUME BUTTON UNTIL IT FLASHES BLUE AND RED)
4) Lastly, go into your search menu to find new bluetooth devices. The device should show up as "3XXPlantronics" (PASSKEY IS 0000).
P.S. Keep in mind this worked for me, but if it doesn't work feel free to email me at; cispy006@yahoo.com
