HOW DO I SET THE DATE AND TIME SO WHEN I GET A FAX REPORT IT IS CORRECT?

You need to set up the Transmission Verification Report and Journal Period in the menu table.
Press Menu/Set, 2, 4, 1.

Press Menu/Set, 2, 4, 2.
You can use the Transmission Report as
proof that you sent a fax. This report lists the
time and date of transmission and whether
the transmission was successful (OK). If you
select On or On+Image, the report will print
for every fax you send.
If you send a lot of faxes to the same place,
you may need more than the job numbers to
know which faxes you must send again.
Selecting On+Image or Off+Image will print
a section of the fax's first page on the report
to help you remember.
Note
When the Verification Report is turned Off or
Off+Image, the Report will only print if there
is a transmission error, with ERROR in the
RESULT column.
1 Press Menu/Set, 2, 4, 1.
2 Press ? or ? to select On, On+Image,
Off or Off+Image.
Press Menu/Set.
3 Press Stop/Exit.

Press functionand then data registration,press set/ok and it will say user settings,press set/ok and it will say date and time,press set/ok and type in the correct date and time press set/ok and stop!To get the report press function and data registration and set/ok,use the arrow down and scroll to report settings,press set/ok and it will say tx report,press set/ok and use the arrowdown untill u get output yes!Press set/ok and stop!Enjoy!

You must to reset this one at first/ Then to try a litl to switch on/ If it one will not be no well? make it off/ Then//press the buttom Programm and to find the menu date and make some changes

if you enable send report you can get an a4 page with time and date confirming that the fax has been sent, but when set up it will print for every fax. the other option is to have it print on error only and you can manually print report of sent recieved items( all date and time stamped) with the number sent to as a list.

I don't think there's a log you can print but you can do the following. Not quite what you want, but better than nothing...

You need to set the fax confirmation option to log faxes before you send anything. The default option is off, so you won't be able to get a fax log for anything you've already sent unfortunately.

1. Press Setup
2. Press 2 then press 1. This displays the Print Report menu
3. Select Fax Confirmation
4. Press to highlight one of the following, then press OK

Off Does not print a fax confirmation report when you send and receive faxes successfully. This is the default setting.
On Fax Send Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you send.
On Fax Receive Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you receive.
Send & Receive Prints a fax confirmation report for every fax you send and receive.

You want a TX (transmit) Report. You can have the report printed after each fax is transmitted, including the first page of the fax sent if desired. Follow these steps to turn on the report.

1. Press Menu button
2. Use (left or right) arrows to FAX SETTINGS, press Set button
3. Use arrows to REPORT SETTINGS, press Set button
4. Use arrows to TX REPORT (may be there already), press Set button
5. Use arrows to OUTPUT YES, press Set button
6. If screen says REPORT WITH TX IMAGE, press Set button
7. Use arrows to ON or OFF, as desired, press Set button
8. Press Stop/Reset to exit the menu

function 7,1 set for date & time, press set after entry

function 7, 4 set then parameter 12 for confirmation report, set to on.

although it may have a time retreival function it will not store 2mo of faxes !! most likely only a few days depending on the amount of fax you receive

I haven't found a way to print a TX report for a specific date. However there is a way to set the machine to generate an activity report at a certain time each day. Press "MENU" , 2-4-2, and you should be able to select the interval for your report by pressing the "OR" key (24 HOURS in this case). Hit "MENU" again and then enter the time you wish the report to print (24 hr format). "MENU", "STOP" and that should give you a report you can use each day.
