It can't be done on that phone.
You could try calling your provider and ask them if they could do it or another way is to save the number into your contacts and assign a silent ringtone to it, the only drawback is that it will ring (silently) then eventually go to voicemail. It will also not stop them texting you.
The only real way, which is not always practical, is to change your number!
