Hi

This sounds like the tube is losing power. The luminance circuit, the B+ or possibly the Flyback.

My D60 has recently started having a long delay after snapping a photo. I can hear the shutter open -- stay open -- then close. The images are, of course, blurry and awful. I didn't change any settings, so...

Hi Angela, check to see that your MODE dial is still set to AUTO or PROGRAM MODE or a SCENE Mode. Almost sounds like the camera is set in the "S" Mode which is Shutter Speed.

Hope this helps!

Have a Sharp Aquos LC37D6U that the picture fades out.

Most likely the back light has stopped working, and you will need to replace it. How long has it been since you bought it? this is important because you might still under the manufacturer's warranty.
Post back if you have any more information regarding your problem.

Sounds a lot like the backlight for it is just about dead. Nothing you've done can cause this to happen, and it certainly isn't a setting on the monitor or PC.

The backlight can be bought as a part, and replaced by a technician (or yourself if you have a rough idea what you're doing). By the time you find one, buy it, ship it, fit it... it might not be worth your time for the cost of a new 21" widescreen monitor.

You'd probably recoup some loss by selling it as faulty for parts too.

Still, be 100% sure before you do it... borrow a monitor and plug it in. I bet the borrowed monitor won't behave the same way. =-]

Image Fades

If you have an tripod that could fix the problem.

The camera could be detecting movement and it doesn't have the movement sensor turned on or it doesn't have one at all.

You might want to check the manual and see.
