I have tried multiple webcams and all have the same problem. No matter what usb port I plug it into windows recognizes it as a CRS Photo Scanner! Help!

I'd see if there are any updates for your drivers. If there are then update them. If that doesn't work then do a thorough scan of your system with an anti-virus program.
