Question about Toshiba Tecra M3 Notebook
This isn't a bios problem, this is an operating system problem, and most likely a hard drive problem. Do a system repair with your restore or operating system disc. If the repair doesn't take, the reformat the hard drive using a full NTFS format, not the quick format, and install a new operating system. If the drive will not format, or you have any issues during or after the format and install, then the hard drive has failed and will need replaced.
