Question about Tomtom GO 700 GPS Receiver
It's likely you have corrupted data or files on your SD card. I won't ask if you made a backup .
Please note . ALL SAT NAV owners . Make a backup of your storage media, be it SD card or similar . DO IT NOW !

You might want to try:
-- plug to the electrical charger, reset for 15+ secs
-- connect to the computer, download Tomtom app and try updating the application
I had a 2006 purchased go 700 and did the above and it is working much better with latest application.
