Question about Dell 942 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I had the same problem and fixed it!!!
What you need to do is to dismantle the printer. Remove the outer coverings but I think all you need to do is remove the cover by unscrewing it and the plastic cover under it. You also need to unplug the wires connecting the scanner and now the top is completely uncovered. Look into the slot where you put the paper and and near to the left with the back of the printer facing you is probably a lever that's been pulled down. Its a small black flat lever so flip it back up and the paper jam should be fixed. Good luck.

Nothing says you took the paper out and started over again, putting it in slowly so as to go in evenly.
MAYbe this will work. GOOD LUCK
