Question about HP DeskJet 6122 InkJet Printer
There are a couple of things that you can try.
1.) Using the "Clean print heads" Utility on the printer.
2.) Unplug it and let it sit for a few minutes (it shouldn't take that long, but to be on the safe side). This will clearly the RAM and possibly the issue.
3.) If you are not using genuine HP cartridges this could also be the problem. I don't know if the 6122 implements CRI's cryptography firewall chip, but if it does "generic" or refilled/remanufactured cartridges won't work.
4.) As odd as it sounds, sometimes just letting about 15 pages run though clears the problem up; I would try this as a last resort (or before buying the expensive HP cartridges) because it will use up your paper and ink.

The printer is fine but the ink cartage is new but the ink will always come out to lite

Unfortunately there is little you can do to troubleshoot hardware malfunctions like this you describe. Especially on inkjet printers. You would be better off getting a replacement printer.
Make sure you take the plastic guards off the cartridges, other than that there really isn't much more you can do.
