Recently has slowed down drastically...did hard and soft resets

I would try to shutdown your Ipad and then start it up again. Ipads need to be rebooted every once in a while. If that does not work you can try a more drastic measure. First backup your data, and then perform a factory reset. If that does not make it fast enough for you, you may need to upgrade.

Unplub your router , wait 1 minute, plug it back in. See if that helps.

Do you happen to know when this issue started? Usually restarting or shutting down phone resolve the issue. If not you may want to do reset ( soft or hard ).

To perform a hard reset
1.Press and hold the Left SOFT KEY and the Right SOFT KEY, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom center part of your device.

2.Release the stylus, but continue pressing the two soft key buttons. Release them only when you see the following message on your device screen: "Press SEND to restore factory default, press END to quit."

3.Press on your device.


On my XDA the reset button is located on the left bottom side of the XDA.

Do a backup with PIM Backup and them hard reset the phone (Factory default)

To hard reset the wing: Hold both soft keys down while hitting the reset button with your stylus (the little hole on the side). Should bring up a black screen with some text. Press "send" key to finish process.

*Note it takes a couple of tries to get all of the buttons pressed together. May not work first try.
