My nokia e71 is saying insert sim card and mean while its stuck in offline mode saying my sim's card isnt in there when it is. idk what is wrong or how i can fix it but i need help.

Hello it is not a hard task....Please re-visit the mobile repairing shop and tell them to Unlock the phone.This is the only way.But remember before you visit mobile repairing shop check your phone's IMEI by typing *#06# when your phone is in stand by mode (during power on without sim card) and refer that the imei which is written on your phone back side is same or not.In case if the numbers are different tell them to repair the IMEI.Good luck.Thanks for visiting fixya
where did you bought your phone? if you bought it from a telecom's promo it means that your phone is locked to a single network provided only. you can ask a technician to have your phone OPENLINE for you to be able to use any kinds of sims.
if it's not the case, check the slot for sim and make sure that the sim is properly placed. restart it without the sim and then restart again but now with the sim.
