Does not show Creative logo when turned on, it just flickers intermittently.

Leave it alone for a while, then try reinstalling the Zen Program, then plug it in, then rest it, then try to switch it on. It worked for me

When I trun it on..it just show a creative logo and Z v-pus logo.
Bring it to a local phone station (Rogers, Fido, Shaw, Etc..) Anyways, They will tell you what to do. Or you can bring your phone and trade it in for the same one.

My zen froze!
Don't worry, it can be after first connection with computer. Just wait about one day till it's battery will be empty and then charge battery and turn on your mp3. :)

Zen Micro Photo...freezes at Creative Logo
The microdrive is bad. Unfortunately you now have a brick. Microdrives are pretty expensive; you're best bet it to buy another MP3 player.

Zen Neeon frozen completely
Leave it alone for a while, then try reinstalling the Zen Program, then plug it in, then rest it, then try to switch it on. It worked for me

if after that it still wont load your hard drive is toast. (did you drop it)?
