Incoming callers on speakerphone (by 3 users)

every time i answer the phone, the caller is on speakerphone for about 5 seconds. After 5 seconds then it goes normal, I just returned my 1st phone for doing this, they said it was a defect. but now i've had this new phone for about 2 weeks and it started doing the same thing again!

I have EXACTLY the same problem with my BB 8110 going on speaker phone for approx the first 2 seconds of an incoming call. I tried the suggested solution of removing the battery and holding the power on button for 10 secs. Seems to have worked. Yay!

I have the same problem,they replaced my phone and it is doing the same thing.When i answer the phone,it answers in speakerphone mode for 3-4 seconds and goes back to normal.

Remove the battery, hold the power key for 10 seconds. Re-install the battery, power up, issue should be resolved.
